LAKES PROFESSIONAL CENTER, a new, upscale office building in Gilford, New Hampshire is set in a beautifully landscaped setting with ample parking. The 16,031 square foot building is configured for eight separate condominium units, ranging from 1,517 SF to 2,340 SF. Multiple units can be combined to create larger spaces. Office units are priced as "shell space" including an allowance provided by the Developer for a standard business office fit-up that can be customized to suit your specific needs. Each unit has its own entryway with direct access to parking.
