LAKES PROFESSIONAL CENTER, a new, upscale office building in Gilford, New Hampshire is set in a beautifully landscaped setting with ample parking. The 16,031 square foot building is configured for eight separate condominium units, ranging from 1,151 sq. ft. to 2,810 sq. ft. Multiple units can be combined to create larger spaces. Office units are sold as "shell space" ready for customized fit-up. Each unit has its own entryway with direct access to parking.
